George Bush's father , Prescott Bush was a republican senator from

Conneticut. His term began in 1952 and ended in 1962. He is married to Dorothy Wallker Bush. George Herbert Walker Bush was born in Milton, Massachusetts on June 12th, 1924. He married Barbara Pierce Bush. They now have five children George W., John, Neil, Marvin and Dorothy. They also had a sixth child, Robin, who died of leukemia as a child. They also have 14 grandchildren.

George's son, George Walker Bush, is now the fourty third president of the United States of America. He served as managing general partner of the Texas Rangers until he was elected Governor on November 8, 1994, with 53.5 percent of the vote. In an historic re-election victory, he became the first Texas Governor to be elected to consecutive four-year terms on November 3, 1998, winning 68.6 percent of the vote.Formerly the 46th Governor of the State of Texas, President Bush has earned a reputation as a compassionate conservative who shapes policy based on the principles of limited government, personal responsibility, strong families and local control.

George's other son, Jeb, is the governer of Florida. He was elected in 1998 and was now re elected in the election of 2002.
